Keynsham, Somerset

 

A 30,000 sq ft food store pre-let to Tesco together with a new 200 space public car park and new pedestrian link to the High Street.

 

This site had remained underused and part derelict for over 30 years and was an important urban regeneration project to improve the public realm.

The scheme was forward sold to an off-shore fund.
