Ross Chester is a member of the RICS, having qualified at a Chartered Project Management Surveyor in 2003.  Ross has spent time working for the NHS, Nuffield Health and Sweett Group, joining Deeley Freed in 2011 as Development Manager.

 

Ross has managed a number of developments for Deeley Freed including New Look offices, Bluecoat House (residential and retail), Sawclose (hotel and casino) and Roseberry Place (residential) as well as completing a number of project management roles on smaller schemes.
