A major reclamation scheme of a former stone quarry and surrounding land measuring 10 hectares (approximately 25 acres) to provide a residential platform for 170 houses together with a new link to the town centre of this Cotswolds market town.

 

The scheme created a serviced site for McCarthy & Stone and also included the development of a 33,000 sq ft site for Waitrose.
