A sensitive restoration of a Grade II Listed Building in the heart of the Roman core of this World Heritage city.

The scheme comprises a two level restaurant pre-let to Prezzo together with 5 apartments on the upper floors.

This was the first phase of the Sawclose scheme and was carried out under a Development Agreement with the freeholder, Bath and North East Somerset Council, and the investment was forward funded with Custodian Holdings.
