Cribbs Urban Village is to provide approximately 950 homes and a district centre to the north west of Bristol adjacent to the M5 motorway on a site that was recently released from the Green Belt.

The scheme is a 50/50 joint venture.  The joint venture owns 10 acres and has a long term option on 80 acres of prime development land.
