Kennet House, Bath

 

Extensive refurbishment to create 51 serviced apartments within this Grade II Listed Georgian terrace in Bath.  It was the city’s first major serviced apartment operation.

 

The project was nominated by Bath Preservation Trust as Listed Regeneration of the Year.
