Kingsmead, Bath

 

Kingsmead is Bath’s first all-in-one leisure complex, providing the city’s only multiplex cinema, a health club with swimming pool and a number of well known local and national restaurants.

 

A technically challenging scheme in the heart of a conservation area of the World Heritage City, the 100,000 sq ft development was successfully integrated into the Georgian fabric of the area.

The scheme was carred out under a Development Agreement with the freeholder, Bath and North East Somerset Council and the resultant investment was sold to an off-shore investor.
