New build state of the art office comprising 50,000 sq ft built under a development agreement for New Look.

 

This development formed part of a new Gateway Project for the town of Weymouth in Dorset, located adjacent to the new 1,200 space civic car park/park and ride site at the terminus of the new £80m link road to Dorchester.

 

Weymouth Gateway is anchored by a new 70,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s food store and a 100 bed Whitbread Premier Inn.

New Look invited Deeley Freed to achieve and then deliver the overall mixed use planning consent, as well as delivering the New Look headquarters building.
